Roadside stands

I always love the weather this time of year and Saturday was the perfect Fall day. I've been wanting to find a little produce stand and buy some local produce. One of the things that really makes me miss California is all the fresh produce I got as a kid. It's just so much harder to find here. We went to this cute little produce stand and after looking at the prices, promptly left. We ended up getting some apples from the cutest little old man in Orem. He's 92 years old and grows the most wonderful apples. He could hardly hear or see but was just as sweet as could be. The apples were so perfect and as yummy as could be. Wyatt, Josh and I have been eating SEVERAL a day. So so wonderful. He said he'll be there until December if he lives that long.lol. I sure hope so!!!
We had a bit of a sick spell this summer where we were sick for a month/ month and a half straight. Being sick put a bit of a damper on our walking everywhere but we've slowly gotten back into it. After getting those delicious apples, we went for a long, lovely walk up the canyon. Every year around this time I want to go and then things just happen and we don't. It was the most beautiful, beautiful walk with the leaves changing colors and the brisk not too cold air. Just beautiful. Hopefully this weather holds so we can do it a few more times before winter sets in.

Josh and Henry have become the best of friends.  Thanks to Henry's forgiving heart after all the times Josh has beat up on him and thanks to Josh's sweet and lovey dovey heart.  They just adore each other and no one can make Henry laugh quite like Josh can.  This video just kills me...
